When you need support |
When you need support or have any questions, please contact us using our email form or by phone. We also have an online chat service. We can help you directly on your computer using our Remote Support Service. If you want to use the Remote Support Service it can be accessed directly from within Nordnet AutoTrader: When you click the remote support you will get a box asking you to run the file TeamViewer.exe. Once you start the file, a window will appear after a few seconds with an ID and password. When you call us, just have those numbers ready so we can log on and help you directly on your computer. |
Update program version |
Sometimes we release new software versions, and the easiest way to update is to select the Update software version as shown above, unless otherwise adviced. |
Update standard models and scripts |
The different order models included as standard in Nordnet AutoTrader are continuously updated and improved. To download the latest versions of these models there is an option in the Help menu: When you click Install the latest versions of the standard models and scripts are installed. Any copies you might have made from these will not be affected.
