How to include a script editor window in a workspace

When you edit a script and want to study the outcome in a chart instantly, it can be handy to have the editor integrated directly into the workspace while trying out different signals, for example. Open the script dialog by selecting the chart for the instrument you want to link the script to:

Select the Box where the script you want to edit is connected. Click the Full Editor button to open a new editor in full size:

Click OK in the script dialog to close, leaving only the editor. This window can be moved around and stored in a workspace. If you change something in the script and click Save a visible result of the change is shown instantly in the diagram. This way it is easier to experiment with scripts that capture precisely the events you want to access and so on.
